46^ Panel Discussion organized by the International Institute of Humanitarian Law

This year’s Round Table will be held in Sanremo at Villa Ormond both in presence on 14-15 September 2023 and with sessions allowing remote participation. The Round Table, with the participation of high-level international experts and practitioners, will explore some of the most crucial issues related to the conduct of hostilities and the protection of essential services in the complex framework of contemporary armed conflict, with an additional key focus on the crucial issue of safeguarding the provision of humanitarian assistance in such contexts.
