Concerts of the XXXIV International Summer Academy of Cervo
September 1 - September 12
Every September, Cervo becomes a meeting place for young musicians from around the world with internationally renowned teachers.
The inimitable atmosphere of the Old Village of Cervo continually captivates young musicians and helps build a spirit of friendship and collaboration that often produces outstanding results in the two-week course. A large “Cervo music family” comes to life, which lives together in this place, produces wonderful music and also includes a knowledgeable and interested audience in its musical life.
Twelve concerts open to the public with professors and course participants are planned. A concert with chamber orchestra composed of string course participants is scheduled to close. The soloists for the final concert will be chosen by the teachers during the courses.
The Concerts
September 1 through September 12 chamber music concerts every evening at 9 p.m. in Santa Caterina’s Oratory in Cervo.
