Sanremo in Fiore – Corso fiorito

Sanremo’s flower parade, the historical event symbol of the city of flowers, is back!
The Corso Fiorito will once again feature a parade of floats, decorated with lots of colourful flowers and preceded by marching bands.
The theme for 2024 will be outdoor sports.
The event, scheduled for Sunday 24 March with the theme ‘SanremoINfiore &Outdoor’, will be preceded, on Saturday 23 March, by the parade of music bands and folk groups.
The famous parade of flower floats, which renews the tradition of the Sanremo Flower Carnival born in the Belle Époque, will for the first time host floats from Locarno (Switzerland) and Menton (both will parade out of competition, as will Sanremo).
Another novelty of this edition: at the end of the parade, the floats out of competition will be positioned at Pian di Nave where they can also be admired in the afternoon.
The programme
On Sunday 24 March, the parade of floats will start at 10.30 am.
The ring route will wind its way along the following city streets and squares: Lungomare Italo Calvino – Piazzale Carlo Dapporto – cycle path section parallel to Via Nino Bixio as far as Giardini Vittorio Veneto.
Three laps are planned: the last lap will be filmed by the cameras of Linea Verde (Rai 1).
Access to the route will be free.
Seats (grandstands) will be on payment, located on Piazzale Carlo Dapporto, at a cost of 30 euro + pre-sale.
Access to the grandstands will be allowed until 9.30 am.
Sales will be activated shortly: in the coming days, information will be provided for the purchase of tickets, which will take place exclusively online via a dedicated platform.
Information will be provided for special parking spaces for cars and buses (for a fee).
